There will be a pre-tournament meeting for Referee's and Coaches at 8:30 AM. Please plan to attend this meeting as we will be discussing the flow of the day, rules and expectations.
IMPORTANT: Team managers must check in at least 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled match (please plan on attending pre-tournament meeting regardless of first match time). At check-in, you will be required to list your roster. Only players who are listed on your roster will be allowed to play on your team. NO EXCEPTIONS. Individual sign-ups may be added to your team by the tournament staff.
U6 teams will play three matches each. U8 teams will play four matches each. U10 and above will play a minimum of four qualifier matches. In U10+ divisions with three teams, the top two teams will play a championship match to decide first place. In U10+ divisions with 4+ teams, the top four teams will play semi-final and championship rounds.
All matches will be 15 minutes long, with a one minute halftime. A central air horn will control all timing. The horn will adhere strictly to the time schedule, so please make sure your teams are ready to play on time. The one minute half time is VERY SHORT, with just enough time to switch sides and maybe get a quick drink. Please review the tournament rules to ensure you understand Soccerfest play for your age division. U8 will play 3v3 with no keepers. U10+ will play 5v5 with keepers.
ALL PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH AYSO REGION 870 FOR THE 2010/2011 SEASON! Non-AYSO players cannot play.
Games start at 9:00am.
